Shipping

We’re a tiny local shop, so we can't offer free shipping on everything, but we try to keep it as friendly as possible.

  • Free shipping on all orders over $60 CAD
  • Orders under $60 have a flat-rate shipping fee
  • We aim to have orders packed and shipped within 2–4 business days
  • We currently ship within Canada only

Returns & Exchanges

While we can’t accept every return, we’ll always do our best to make sure you’re happy with your order.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order for items that are:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • in original condition
  • with tags still attached (if applicable)

If the item has been worn, washed, damaged, or shows signs of use, we unfortunately can’t accept it.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Sale items
  • Limited drops
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake with your order (it happens!), please email us within 7 days and we’ll fix it right away — either with a replacement or a refund.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a photo of the issue
  • the item you received

We’ll take it from there.


Return Shipping

As a small independent brand, we’re not able to cover return shipping costs at this time. You can ship it back using any carrier you prefer.

If you’re local, we may be able to arrange a pick-up or drop-off instead — just ask!


Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–5 business days for it to appear on your statement.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If you’re looking to exchange for a different size or colour, we’ll hold the replacement item for you once you contact us.

We’ll ship it out as soon as your original item arrives back with us.
